03Or Weeve decidesWeeve is the named resolver on the escrow contract. We review the milestones and submissions and rule on the split. The contract pays us 5% of the disputed amount, on top of the 5% charged on released milestones.

Posting the role is the smallest part. Weeve ships the rest: analytics, offer negotiation, team verification, and company-to-company partnerships.

How a company gets verified

01Email matches website. Weeve checks that the company email belongs to the company's own domain.
02Manual approval. Every company is reviewed by a human before the verified badge appears.
03Unverified means visible consequences. Unverified companies are labeled, and their listings always rank below verified ones.
04Verification is not forever. Changing the company name, website, or logo resets it. Optionally prove domain ownership for a separate domain-verified badge.

Impersonation protection: names, domains, and logos confusingly similar to verified companies or known crypto brands are rejected, and lookalike profiles are flagged for review.

How working at a company gets verified

AInstant, by work email. A one-time code is sent to your inbox at that company's domain. No company inbox, no badge.
BOr the employer approves. Ask the company to confirm the role manually. You can send up to three polite reminders if they are slow.
COr you were invited. Teammates added by the company appear as verified employees automatically and get a verified work-history entry.

Verified roles show the company logo next to your name (up to two badges, hideable). This is the same mechanism that gates vouches: only verified current or former employees can vouch.
